Craig offers personal training

If you don't prefer group workouts or feel like you need a little extra attention, personal training is for you! Craig provides personal training for student athletes to improve speed, agility, strength and stamina, as well as Olympic Weightlifting programming. He's recently amped up his ceritications to include Crossfit Level 1, Crossfit Level 2, Catalyst Athletics Level 1, Catalyst Athletics Level 2, and USAW Coach / Referee.
